You can choose with the customer whether the customer's personal information must be entered in the database, or they must be stored locally in the computer store + email that you send to the customer. Some customers do not want to be in different databases.

You have your own database, so you get the opportunity that there is no more than the colors you use in the system.
Current database contains 1000 colors, but most shop may only use 2 manufacturers and 10 to 50 colors.
